Hydraulic Torque Wrenches

Hydratight’s lightweight hydraulic torque wrenches (formerly known as Hydratight’s RSL Series) have been designed to tighten and loosen nuts and bolts for professional applications across the Oil & Gas, Powergen and Industrial markets.

The Hydraulic Torque tool has only three moving parts in the ratchet mechanism. The power head can be fitted with either a square drive or low profile hexagon cassette, and it can be easily connected to Hydratight’s range of power consoles, which are available in air or electric versions.

BOP Hex Wrenches

Hydratight’s BOP Hex Wrench is specifically designed to deliver accurate performance in limited space. The high performance tool has been modified from a standard wrench to be thinner, lighter and narrower on the nose which makes it uniquely equipped to access awkward nuts on blow out preventors.

The new line of BOP Hex Wrenches is available in a wide range of hex nut sizes, providing better accessibility, long lasting performance, power and accuracy to meet your on-site needs. Common applications for the BOP Hex Wrench include wellheads, gate valves, stand pipe valve, and choke manifold valves and many types of BOPs. 

The Clench Wrench

The Hydratight Clench Wrench is a quick release, adjustable back-up wrench that eliminates the need for multiple striker tools. The light weight, yet durable Clench Wrench quickly adjusts to multiple bolt sizes. The wrench positively engages with the nut and will not fall off during make up operations. When the operation is complete the wrench can be quickly disengaged and installed on the next bolt.
